Alligatoring

Alligatoring is a patterned cracking in the paint film resembling the scales of an alligator. Some of the possible causes are the application of an extremely hard, rigid coating, the application of a topcoat before the primer is dry, and natural aging of oil-based paints due to temperature fluctuation.

In this last possible cause there's no way to prevent this from happening to your home though our staff will take extra precautions to help prevent alligatoring from affecting your home.
